RMonaghan Venture Studios ("RMVS," "we," "us," or "our") operates the NEXUS Relationship Intelligence Platform at nexusrelate.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

By accessing or using NEXUS, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Workspace & Relationship Data

Data you enter into NEXUS — contacts, interactions, notes, tags, pipeline stages, and other relationship records — is stored on your behalf. You retain full ownership of this data.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, operating system, and IP address.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details (card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the NEXUS platform
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, security alerts)
• Analyze aggregate usage to improve features and performance
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your workspace data to train machine learning models or for advertising purposes.

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Stripe — processes subscription payments and billing
• Google — provides OAuth authentication services
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosts our infrastructure and stores encrypted data
• Analytics providers — receive anonymized usage data to help us improve the platform
• AI and visual analysis providers — process content only when you enable AI-powered features (see below)

AI and Visual Analysis Providers. If you enable Visual Testing or agent-powered analysis, screenshots, prompts, metadata, or selected workspace content may be sent to configured AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) for processing. We use these providers only to provide the requested feature — not to train NEXUS models. Visual-testing screenshots may contain sensitive workspace data; review provider settings before enabling scheduled runs.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of RMVS, our users, or the public.

NEXUS is a multi-tenant platform. Each workspace's data is logically isolated from all other workspaces. Workspace data is accessible only to authenticated members of that workspace. We enforce row-level security and encryption to maintain strict data boundaries between tenants.

We retain your account information and workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information and workspace data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

Usage logs and anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely in aggregate form.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export — receive your workspace data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

NEXUS is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers are located. By using NEXUS, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and acknowledge that data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of NEXUS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
