Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
What happens when I hit 100 records on Free?
You'll still be able to view, edit, export, and delete existing records, but you won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade to Pro or delete some records. Your data is never locked away.
Is there a free trial for Pro and Team?
Yes — both Pro and Team include a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start. If you don't upgrade after the trial, your workspace returns to Free and your data remains accessible.
How does seat-based pricing work on Team?
You're billed per active editor seat. Owners can add or remove seats at any time. Viewer-only seats are free — investors, advisors, and read-only collaborators never count toward your bill.
What are MCP tools / agent actions?
NEXUS exposes 39 Model Context Protocol tools today that allow AI agents to read and write your relationship data programmatically — perfect for automations, enrichment pipelines, and custom workflows. New tools are released through the capability registry and appear automatically in your workspace based on plan and scopes.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Your records remain accessible. If you're over 100 records you can view, edit, export, and delete but not create new ones. API keys are paused (not deleted), agent actions stop executing, and scheduled transductions pause. Nothing is silently deleted.
